Barret turned 10 weeks old yesterday. We went to the doctor on Monday (July 6th) and he weighed in at 15 lbs!!! That puts him in the 97th percentile in weight. He measured 23 3/4 inches....putting him in the 75th percentile in height! We knew he was big...but this is impressive! The doctor wasn't concerned about his weight because he is breastfed.
We have been having lots of trouble with Barret's skin. He seems to be very sensitive and is allergic to lotion. He breaks out in a terrible rash no matter what kind of lotion I use. Poor little man!
This was my first week back to work...and I ended up working the majority of it from home with him. Next week he will start going to a lady's house where he will be watched with 4 other kids. We feel very lucky to have found her to watch him.

I'm so so so glad you're sticking to it with the breastfeeding! Yay!!! Believe me, it's smooth sailing from here on out. You made it past the hard stuff.
Also...I can count on one hand the number of times I've used lotion on Ike. If you are still looking for something, I'd definitely suggest shea butter.
